How to share a Klaviyo email with a public link
Three steps, and the link works in any browser with no Klaviyo account.

Browse sent campaigns by period, open a flow and pick its emails, or paste a list of campaign or template IDs. Up to 25 at a time.

Anyone with the link, members of your Retentive organization only, or anyone with a password. Set an expiry date if the link should not live forever.

Links that expire or disappear
Set an expiry date, or delete a link at any time. A deleted link stops working on the next visit.

File links in folders, the way you would in a drive, and share the folder. The folder page always shows whatever is live inside it.
Performance review folders
Switch a folder to performance review and each email shows its subject line, preview text, revenue, orders, AOV and revenue per recipient, sortable by any of them.
View counts
Each link counts unique visitors, so you know whether the client opened the approval link before you chase them.
Private by default
Links use long random tokens that cannot be guessed, and every shared page tells search engines not to index it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I share a Klaviyo email without sending it?
Yes. Retentive builds the link from the email's own HTML, so drafts, saved templates and flow emails can be shared before anything is sent.
Why not use Klaviyo's web view link?
A web view link only exists after a campaign has sent, and it is personalized to one recipient, including that recipient's unsubscribe link. A Retentive share link is built from the email itself, works before sending, and carries no recipient's data.
Can a share link expire?
Yes. Set an expiry date when you create the link, or delete it at any time. Deleted links stop working on the next visit.
Can I password-protect a shared email?
Yes. Choose password access and Retentive generates the password. You can also limit a link to members of your Retentive organization.
How do I share many Klaviyo emails with one link?
Put the links in a folder and share the folder. A performance review folder also shows each email's revenue, orders, AOV and revenue per recipient, sortable.
Will shared emails show up in Google?
No. Links use unguessable tokens and every shared page is marked noindex, so search engines do not list them.

Retentive's Email Extractor turns Klaviyo emails into shareable links. It works on campaigns, saved templates and flow emails, sent or not, and each link opens the email in any browser without a Klaviyo login.
It solves a gap in how Klaviyo shares email. Links into the Klaviyo app only open for logged-in users of that account. The public web view link only appears after a campaign has been sent, and it belongs to a single recipient, so sharing it shares that person's unsubscribe link and attributes every open to them.
