- No. Sign in to Retentive with the same email and password you use for Sendsitive. If you have never opened Retentive, Creative and QA are already waiting on your first sign-in.
- Does it cost anything on top of Business?
- No. Creative and QA are part of your Business plan while it is active: no separate subscription and nothing extra on your invoice.
- What exactly is included?
- Retentive Creative and QA & Inbox for 1 Klaviyo brand, 1 editor with unlimited reviewers, and 150 AI credits a month. Retentive Analytics is not part of Business.
- What happens if I leave the Business plan?
- Retentive goes read-only: your brands, checks and emails stay where they are, and nothing new runs until you are back on Business or pick a Retentive plan.
